Today I had a quick tour at the recently opened health and fitness club named Inspire Pure Fitness at Bida’a, I’ve been numerous times to Bida’a but never noticed it because there were no signs, its located nearby Melenzane restaurant. They welcomed to give me a brief tour along with their manager.
My first question to them “What is different about your gym since we already have many in Kuwait?”, their answer was the trainers and fitness experience they have, I liked how the gym was spacious and neat.
The gym is mixed, some of the facilities included group fitness studio, free weights area, treadmills, punch bags, kick bags, kettle bells, different fitness equipment, private lockers, changing rooms, and nice reception area spread on two levels. I liked how the training machines were located next to windows with nice landscapes, this helps with exercise.
They provide personal training sessions and advice on how to achieve the required fitness level.
Shortcomings: There was no swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room or cafeteria and their reasoning is that they want to focus on fitness rather than SPA experience. Also I wish they lower their prices so more people can afford it.

why would i pay 950 here ! i pay 900 for couple in corniche
Inspire is a total different crowed than the cornish! And for that I paid the 950 to be a part of inspire. The gym is amazing, the trainers are wow. The atmosphere is amazing. If you want to train and get fit go to inspire, and if you want to chill and not train go somewhere else. I recommend that everyone should go and take a look for themselves.

They didn’t say anything about needing invitation, they just gave me the prices, I’ll give you their number so you can double check.
Thank you Bananaq8 for writing about Inspire. I checked it out. They are amazing. Exactly what i was looking for. I felt like i was in a gym in Los Angeles or Miami. Its definatley for those who are serious about training and achieving results because they have the qualified trainers and professional attitude.Nice atmosphere too

I’ve checked out Inspire gym I’ll give full applaud that they have amazing gym facility but their prices is ridiculously expensive especially for a gym that doesn’t carry spa or swimming price their gym fee equal to that of Cornish or Palms.
Oh and for the record if anybody was to say “If you are serious about fitness then go to that gym because they have amazing personal trainers” let me clarify one important thing. You can pay ALL the money in the world and even have an operation to be fit. But guess what, you will never lose weight and everything that you paid from supplements, trainers, gym to whatever with your hard earned money you will get NOTHING!
If you want to lose weight and be serious then you need to take a hard look yourself in the mirror and simply admit that your fat and to start in BELIEVING IN YOURSELF! You pass that stage only then you can hit any gym or better yet workout at home and commit to a realistic goal.
Stop living a lie cause fitness is not just hitting a gym for a month, 3 month, 6 month or a year. It’s a way of living!

i was so happy when i saw this finally a GYM near my house in salwa then i saw the price i couldn’t stop myself not to say holy shit, i’d join 3month at Platinum + Get a driver to drop me there ! X_X
Yes I really hope they re-consider their prices otherwise many will go for cheaper gyms I guess.
honestly the gym is nice and clean wwith good looking trainers..i would so join it and i would only pay this much if they fed me caviar while im sweating on the tredmill.
* most classes were not free!?! why would i pay this much to use weights and tredmills?
there was no pool nor spa.
you’re basically paying this much for the hot trainers salaries!

it’s all about commitment I’m a member in corniche since 7 years and i find it convenient and since I had in mind to lose weight i did it and went down 13 kilos in 4 months time.
No spa, no pool, no parking
