We had an exciting tour at the GulfRun Motor Show at 360 Mall and get to see some of the hottest supercars that will participate at Bahrain International Circuit later this month.

GulfRun is an annual motorsport event, started in 2005 as a weekend getaway for a group of friends passionate about automobile racing.

The cars looked really loaded & tuned-up with many modifications & additions. I think the engines were also enhanced to produce more power.

All proceeds will be donated to Hayat Cancer foundation, very kind and noble.

 The one with the best photo will win 2 tickets to attend Gulf Run event in Bahrain, I’d love to attend this cool event.

One of the most exciting things Dubai was the Motor Show 2011, it exceeded my expectations by all means and I’m pretty sure you will be amazed too.

Guess what? We took over 100 photos for you to see everything were there.

There were also test-driving and live shows that added more excitement.

Literally, I wanted to test drive all the cars and see how it feels to be behind the wheel.

Remember the movie “Gone in 60 Seconds” for Nicholas Cage ? Well, the above supercars that we spotted in Kuwait can accelerate from 0-100 KM/Hr in merely 2 seconds !

They call it “The Two Second Club”, one from Japan (GT-R) one from Germany (Porsche Turbo S) and a 3rd from France (Bugatti Veyron). Will we ever see a car that reach 100 KM/Hr say in one second?

I guess if they re-make the movie they’ll call it ”Gone in 2 Seconds”.

I was surfing YouTube and saw this cool drag race, actually I think its the greatest one I have ever seen. Imagine a drag race between Porsche 911 GT3 RS, Corvette ZO6, Ferrari 458 Italia, Nissan GT-R,  AUDI R8 GT, Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG, Lexus LFA, and others at one place and one time racing against each other?

Nissan’s super sport car GT-R will undergo some changes for the 2012 model & currently in the final stages of design. The 2010 model will receive a modified front bumper, with LED running lights, light aluminium wheels to reduce weight by 12 K.G,  a new & bigger rear diffuser that gets additional brake light & two new exterior colors & an engine of about 600 horsepower!

I also liked how they replaced the Nissan logo with GT-R!
