More insanity on Gulf street!
A friend emailed me this video that he saw on TV, sometimes I just wonder how far these reckless/suicidal drivers would go with their infinite craziness!?
Thanks [Khalid]

I was at Al Ghanim showroom this afternoon and I saw that the new 2012 BMW 3-Series has just arrived, it looked bigger outside and spacious and sexier than the previous generation.
I asked about the price and was told that the 4-cyclinder model starts at K.D 12,900, I recall the 3-Series was my first ever car and loved it, can’t wait for the coupe model.

One of the new exciting places in Kuwait is the Car Museum City, now imagine a Mini-city with mini streets, mini cars, mini Kuwait Towers, traffic lights, signs, and even prison!
I visited it yesterday, their idea is to help young individuals aged 10-16 years to learn about driving rules in Kuwait and get a license, they can drive the cars along with an instructor just like real cars yet on smaller scale.
Those who don’t abide the rules will fail or even jailed ! I loved the idea big time it helps a lot with the traffic awareness and its exciting.
I drove one of the cars and it was fun! All visitors need to do is fill a quick form, watch educational video and hit the road, there’s no charge or fees what so ever.
Address: Shuweikh – Besides Classic Cars Museum.
Opening time: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm & 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Couple weeks ago I talked about Ministry of Interior intention to increase the traffic fines in Kuwait and today I read on Al Anba paper that a proposal to increase the fine for breaking red-lights and over-speeding to 500 K.D and 90 days imprisonment was made and handed-over to the Minister of Interior for approval.
This further confirms that Ministry of Interior is totally aware of the numerous daily traffic violations and are trying to set rigid rules.
If you recall I conducted a quick survey to see what people think about increasing traffic fines in Kuwait; Interestingly the results were 49% (Agree) and 48% (Disagree) which gives us inconclusive result. My opinion is that increasing traffic fines is good way to penalize reckless drivers but will harm average drivers.

We were given a chance to test-drive the new Mercedes-Benz C350 Coupe 2012 during the weekend.
Honestly, I saw the C350 ads and I so wanted to be behind the wheel and see how it feels on the road.
We liked the exterior look and the AMG body cut added even more sexiness and aggressiveness. Also inside it was spacious, comfortable, and easy to handle.
It has many cool features such as Lane Departure alert, Blind spot detector, all LED lights, 7G Tronic transmission, F1 and cruise control, adaptive front lights, navigation system, rear camera, USB, DVD video, Bluetooth, AUX for iPhone and iPad.
