I finally found the exact location of Fitness First health club since they said they’re opening in Kuwait soon but wasn’t sure where. The location is Salem Mubarak street in Salmiya in an under-construction mall called Al Salam Mall.

I was also able to reach the management who said they will probably open by end of this year and that they will be one of the biggest health clubs in Kuwait. Can’t wait for the opening, its nice to see franchises that are not restaurants.

I passed by Baking Tray today at the Avenues for lunch, it was softly-opened yesterday, I’m sure many of you have tried it, its a Kuwait–based concept and serves breakfast and brunch in addition to sandwiches and pizzas.

I stepped inside to see that it was simply and cozily designed, I liked how they had a black board with menu written on and how they displayed their dishes and sandwiches on the counter.

Its also good how they use natural ingredients for their dishes, deliberately I asked for soda and was told that they don’t serve it, two-thumbs up.

Starters: French onion soup (tasty), vegan salad (I liked the mushroom and vinegar), Hash brown (average but I’d like it less oily).

Main dish: Philly steak sandwich (tasty), as for drinks I tried their B T Heaven (vimto with serum, liked it).

 Sweets: I recommend their chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies.

The staff were friendly and responsive, the ambient was relaxing and level of service was great.

 هناك خرافة قديمة لدى العديد من النساء مفادها ان رياضة حمل الاوزان هي فقط للرجال, واعتقد ان معظم النساء يتجنبون تمارين الاوزان اعتقادا منهم انها ستضخم العضلات والجسم وهنا يكمن الخطأ, لقد قرأت العديد من الدراسات الحديثة التى تؤكد ان رياضة الاوزان تعتبر من اهم الرياضات للنساء فهي تشد العضلات وتخفى الترهلات بعكس ما هو شائع بأنها تضخم العضلات.ا

الاحظ الكثير من النساء في الكويت يتبعون الرجيم بتقليل الطعام والسعرات الحرارية فقط وذلك بالفعل يقلل من الوزن ولكن تظل الترهلات المزعجة التي يلجأ بعضهم للجراحة لازالتها. احب ان اطمأن جميع النساء بان تمارين الاوزان لن تضخم العضلات لان تركيبة جسم الرجل مختلفه عن المرأة وانصح كل امرأة بتجربة تمارين الاوزان الخفيفة اذا كانت تريد تحسين مظهر الجسم والقوام, مع الحفاظ على نظام غذائي صحي.ا
