My little theory is still proving itself to be true, there’s at least one burger joint opening or closing in Kuwait every a few weeks or so, but at all times I don’t mind having more new tasty burger outlets in Kuwait. The latest burger restaurant in Kuwait is Big Smoke Burger which is Canadian franchise from Toronto, it’s opening at the new restaurant court which is located right next to The Village restaurant court in Abu Al Hassaniya. A friend of mine says their burgers taste good but I have to taste them myself to judge on that.
I overheard that the new restaurant court in Abu Al Hassniya will also include IHOP restaurant, Starbucks, Gym, Gardenia Spa & Salon for women among others.

Elevation Burger will open their 3rd branch today at the new Menus Food Court that I told you about back in December 2012 [link]. This branch is bigger than the one at Avenues and Hamra Tower and built on two levels with outdoor seating area. I’m also excited that Ribs & Rumps will open just next to it, can’t wait to try their rips but hopefully it will be like the one in Dubai Mall.
So now the million dinar question; what’s the best burger in Kuwait?

See I was right when I told you there’s at least one burger joint opening/closing in Kuwait every week. Anyway, Johnny Jockets was and still one of my favorite burger places and it was just opened at KIPCO Tower Mall in Sharq right opposite to Upper Crust Pizzeria. I think this is their smallest branch in Kuwait, I’m having love affair with their double Wagyu burger thesedays.

I came to a conclusion that there’s at least one burger joint opening/closing every week in Kuwait. Shake Shack new location in Al Fanar Mall in Salmiya will open tomorrow at lunch time. This one looks better on the inside than the one at the Avenues and more spacious and built on two levels. There were indoor and small outdoor seating area, the upper floor had large TVs. At least now we don’t have to drive all the way to Avenues.

Last October I posted about Burger Fuel to open in Kuwait [link] but I wasn’t exactly sure where they are going to open. Well I finally found the exact location and I kinda expect it, it’s opening at Al Bida’a specifically at Movinpick next to Prime & Toast. The question is how many burger joints/franchises do you think Kuwait market can still accomodate? I won’t be surprised at all if I also come to know that Five Guys and In-N-Out burgers will open in Kuwait.
