I spotted Planet Hollywood restaurant opening another branch at The Dome Mall in Mahboula, I recall I tried the one in Olympia Mall in Salmiya and I kind of liked it when they first opened but many customers were disappointed with the food and service lately, hope their management work on this matter if they ever want to keep business running.
Also Goal will open their store at the same mall, I’m not sure what they are selling exactly but I think they are specialized in football. The Dome Mall is located in the coastal street nearby Kuwait Magic mall in Mahboula. I’m observing that Mahboula is becoming an attractive area for living and shopping.
I completely agree with you. Just yesterday I had gone to Planet Hollywood with my family. Even though very few tables were occupied, they took too long to take our order. It is the first time we had to walk out of any restaurant without having eaten anything due to terrible service.
Planet Hollywood sucks they have to improve service!
