Question, how long does it take these days for the U.K visa to be issued? Is one week enough? Because I’m thinking to visit London during Eid holidays.
I suggest you start ASAP because it takes a while in Ramadan. Try the VIP Visa service, & you will have your passport delivered to you. Have the dates of departure, return & details of accomodation handy. Check this site to download the tourist application, refer to visa fees, & appointment. I’m not sure if you still need to book an appointment online if you are going to use the VIP Visa service coz the Embassy keeps changing the visa conditions & fees every few years. You better start applying tomorrow. Good luck.

i have 1 question? what are the minimum requirements for the expat to visit London….i mean are there any limitations in the account , travel insurance worth something , or any thing extra that might be surprise at the end??

i tried calling them and even visiting …it doesn’t help…they will just give you a piece of paper directing the website and the answer saying this is what we can do…we don’t have any more information. the website will give a basic information and not much detail..i believe this must be some kind of tactics where some one will be forced to use their costly information system or you end up paying the processing fee again and again not knowing the complete step and inforamtion
