I’m reading many articles and news on Google that there’s a growing world-wide panic that doomsday is on Friday 21st of December 2012, it seems they are basing this on the end of the Mayan civilization’s calendar. People in China and Russia are buying candles and essentials, while in the United States there is a surge in sales of survival shelters, seemingly doomsday panic is in full swing.
December 21, 2012, marks the conclusion of the 5,125-year “Long Count” Maya calendar, which many have interpreted as meaning that is the date that the Earth, and its inhabitants, will be annihilated. [link]
The thought of doomsday around the corner is undoubtedly fearful for those who believe in this Mayan theory but astronomers and scientists around the world are disagreeing with it. In Kuwait re-owned astronomer Dr. Saleh Al Ojairi reports there are no evidence what so ever to backup this theory and no extraterrestrial collisions or events were ever recorded or observed. Who knows? Maybe this is why UFO’s are invading Kuwait after all,
giggles. So who wants to watch movie 2012?
