I’m sure you all spotted someone you know wearing these so-called Power Balance Bracelets since they are the latest trend in Kuwait. They are supposed to raise energy levels, but this is un-proven.
Some friends swear by them but I tried to wear one for sometime with no results, I guess guys only feel more energy because they are eating more sugar. I’m glad the company announced bankruptcy.

the end result was that it is in the mental state of the athlete that he/she is motivated more because they believe in their own minds that the bracelet will increase their performance.
just like a football coach giving a motivation speech to his team before they run on the field.
