Did you plan your Eid holiday yet? If not then its better to start now because I read on Al Qabas early this morning that Eid-ul-fitr holiday may extend to a whole 9 days, of course that’s the best scenario. According to Civil Service Commission, if Eid starts on Saturday 18th August then holiday will be 4 days, and in case Eid starts on Sunday 19th August then it will be 5 days holiday, and they added that Council of Ministers may consider Wednesday and Thursday of the same week as holidays too, clearly I’m being very optimistic here.
As for picture above, it shows a Kuwaiti man using a public telephone in1964 in Ahmadi to greet his friends or relatives for Eid, thought its nice to share it.

Ramadan Mubarak to all Muslims who intend to fast this Ramadan for Allah’s sake
I think those Muslims who feel the happiness of Eid Al-Fitr are not only those who managed to fast the whole Ramadan but also those who:
cried to Allah to seek Allah’s mercy, guidance and forgiveness
and
who managed to complete reading the whole Qur’an at least once this Ramadan.
Allahu A’lam. May Allah accept our good deeds and May Allah answer all our good du’as, May Allah forgive our sins and mistakes. Ameen.
