I was heading to Shuweikh today through Al Jahra street and found that they have demolished the Airport Bridge (Kaifan bridge) so I got stuck and had to take a long detour to reach to my destination but the streets were congested, I asked the workers and they said there’s a new project similar to 1st Ring Road to develop Jahra street and may take a few years to complete, hopefully.
So if you’re going to Shuweikh, do not take Jahra street otherwise you will get stuck in the traffic jam too.
Kuwait University lecturers, staff, & students, heading to & from Shuwaikh Campus, will not be happy about this.
