We got our hands on the iPhone 4S 64 GB and we tried to see how different it is from the iPhone 4. We ordered it from the Apple U.K store for 300 KD (Including shipping and taxes).
We noticed slight differences with regards to the design, weight, and browsing. The major difference was in the camera of the new iPhone 4S (8 MP) and video recording (1080p HD), also the picture stability. The games and applications ran faster on the 4S than iPhone 4 because it uses A5 duel core processor (Same as iPad 2), the battery lasts for 8 hours in 3G which is longer than the iPhone 4.
Also, the 4S is slightly heavier than iPhone 4, we were disappointed with Siri since most of its functions are not yet working in Kuwait like finding locations on the map, but maybe this will change with a new update from Apple.

My advice for those who got iPhone 4 already to not get iPhone 4S.
thanks so much. i bought the Iphone 4 such a long time ago from america and my apps STILL do not work. i unlocked and jailbreaked it but nothing it working. any suggestions?did anyone else go through this problem?
