I read on the paper that the calls roaming for the GCC countries will be reduced by 30% starting from July, 2011. I think this is great, and we even want further improvements to the roaming cost because it was really too high!

I remember when I was Dubai and make call to Kuwait, a 5 K.D would barely give me 10 minutes.
