This is certainly the year of fireworks in Kuwait, I was driving on 1st Ring Road and saw there were fireworks lighting the sky, when I looked closer it was KIPCO Tower, the colorful tall building. They say the tower is now officially open and they chose the date 12.12.12 to be the opening date, the tower has 60 floors I think and it somehow looks like a space ship.
There’s also a mall located by the entrance but most of the shops and restaurants are still not open.
