I was enjoying a stroll at Doha Landmark mall and spotted Virgin Megastore and it was alive and kicking with no problems what so ever, I highlighted this before but why did it shutdown in Kuwait even though Qatar is also considered a strict country, maybe even more strict that Kuwait in certain aspects.

Also in london and new york it closed down long time ago. 3aady what is the big deal , now with the online music and movies shops like virgin have no place in the real world .
You’re right Boyousef but I was referring to the censorship, Virgin Kuwait claims they closed because of the strict censorship so I was confused why this is non-issue in Qatar even though they’re more conservative than Kuwait in some aspects but yes I think the main reason they closed down is because of the online music availability, also their prices were high in Kuwait.
