I read on Al Watan paper that Kuwait Municipality is about to ban Shisha (Hookah) at public places such as cafe’s and restaurants. Their reasoning is that Shisha causes much harm to public health and it also represents uncivilized scene.
I noticed that shisha cafe’s are spreading across Kuwait recently though some consider it a personal freedom.
