I came to know that M.H. Alshaya Co. had signed a $30, Million contract this week with the Kidzania company to construct, operate, and develop Kidzania family entertainment world at the in Avenues mall – Phase-III.
The new project will cover an estimated area of 5,000 Sq. meter, and expected to open for the public in 2012. I think this is a new type of investment for Al-Shaya group, and its a great idea !
Kidzania is like a mini city with a hospital, super-market, bank, and numerous other buildings similar to a real city, and I like how it uses the brain and help children develop their skills and use their senses while having fun.
Currently, there’s one in Dubai Mall.
