I have been craving waffles for sometime now but sadly we didn’t have any specialized place for waffles in Kuwait, I remember enjoying tasty waffles in the U.S and Europe. A friend told me about this new place in Salmiyah so-called Waffle Land that serves waffles.
I tried to convince Tazmania to join me but said he’s going healthy and he missed it. The place was kinda small but fine, I talked with the manager who said they opened couple days ago, and that they’ve flown to Belgium to get the waffles recipe to open their own concept in Kuwait.
They didn’t have a menu ready so we asked them to serve us with their favorite waffles; the strawberry, the chocolate, and the Nutella. All were tasty but the Nutella exceptional.
What I liked is that their waffles weren’t too sugary, taste was balanced and the ingredients felt fresh. Their ice cream comes from Movenpick and Baskin Robins.
They said customers can customize their own waffles by choosing the toppings and fruits, they’ll also serve low calorie waffles soon. Their price is 1.5 KD for the waffle and will officially open in two days.

The best waffles I tried it
At 9:30pm I was standing outside waffle land and it was closed. I called the number given here a few minutes prior to ask about it’s location and the workers who spoke to me did not mentioned it being closed. Ridiculous customer service. Very disappointed
