The American Orlando-based restaurant “Red Losbter” is coming to Kuwait soon. Apparently, its going to open this summer in Dubai Mall in UAE, followed by another branch in Kuwait, though the location was not finalized.

The company had recently signed agreement with the Kuwaiti group “Americana” which runs several other restaurants such as T.G.I Friday’s, KFC, Baskin Robbins, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Fish Market, Chicken Tikka and others.

I also read that Olive Garden is the next. I see the franchise business is still alive and kicking in Kuwait, though there’s a growing trend for local concept restaurants.
