We had a chance to give our impressions on the renovated Chocolate Bar branch at Bida’a.
Chocolate Bar is among the first and most successful Kuwaiti-based concept restaurants ran by two Kuwaiti women.
Their Bida’a branch was re-opened last week, I noticed new decorations and interior design.
Most people preferred the outdoor seating area, which may take you 20-40 mins to find a table outside (During peak hours) but inside was fine with us.
I went upstairs and I saw they are making a new seating area, good idea.
For starters we ordered Tuna salad, hot chocolate, and french fries, and all tasted great except the Tuna salad.
For main dish we ordered Chicken Club sandwich and pasta, both tasty. Then finally we headed for their main specialty, the chocolate.
We had molten chocolate and it was sinfully delicious. I liked how they used candles to keep the chocolate hot. Generally we had positive impression, but we wish the service to be improved and waiters to be more handy with customers.
Also the waiting time is long for outdoor table, that’s why I recommend sitting inside or go in the morning or early evening.

السندويشة كانت متوسطة بس ممكن تكون افضل وايد اذا خذوا ملاحظاتج بالاعتبار.

What’s new? Hmm the interior decorations, new menu design, there were an upstairs seating area but still no furniture otherwise everything looked the same.

They need to reduce the amount of sugar they put in their desserts! I get my blood tested for diabetes everytime I eat their bread and butter pudding. I’d hate to try the double chocolate version!
I’m really worried how many calories I consumed last night
guilt kills me.
After eating so many calories its obviously kills the person.
