On my way back home on the seaside street near Mahboula I spotted Elevation Burger opening soon in a new restaurant court called Menus. It’s good to serve those who love their burgers and live in the surrounding areas, at least they don’t have to drive all the way to The Avenues or Al Hamra Tower. In that street, I saw at least four under construction restaurant courts.

Yes it was temporarily closed because they want to merge Phase II & III of the mall but it will reopen. See here:
