Last night I was doing my exercises at T.G.I Friday’s waterfront only to see that the beaches were totally messed up and rubbish thrown everywhere. Sadly this has become the typical scene after every weekend.
The Municipality has set a high fine for littering but it seems true enforcement is still lacked.
that’s awful i really wish they put new law about this
Because (as usual) we only hear about more rules but true enforcement never existed
walahi walahi this hurts me alot…
it’s all about how people are USED TO! rather than following the law…
few months back we were setting on Fahaheel beach near Al Kout, i took some nuts and a small napkin to put the peels on it, my friend was surprised and asked me (why man? dust though it in the sand it won’t hurt anybody and everybody is doing like this!!!)

I agree if the people them self dirty, they come to clean area and they leave there mess and dirt behind them, it become normal habit for them the eat and throw on the floor, I think they grow like that, and they find it normal , cause they grow up with house mate they mess and they clean what left behind , and now when they got older they bring all what they grow up with in the environment.
