Royce (pronounced Hoyce) Gracie is one of the greatest mixed-martial artists & Jiu-jitsu experts in the world. He was a legend at the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) & has defeated many big & famous fighters from different fighting games. Gracie visited Kuwait on January 21st, 22nd & 23rd, 2010 for Jiu-jitsu seminar at Al-Arabi Sport Club. So how did the legend lose after all those years of glory ? well, that was back in 2006 when Royce Gracie was trying to make a come-back & he lost to the young American fighter “Matts Hughes, 32” at the UFC. Obviously, he was older (39) & less flexible.
Moral of the Day: Always retire when you are still on top.

I saw these young men riding bikes for several times on the second ring road & this particular time I wanted to take a video for them & try to have a conversation to see if there’s a message they are trying to deliver or its merely a hobby & from the short chitchat I learned that they have their own facebook profile. Fortunately, I got their facebook & will contact them soon to have my questions answered. All in all, its nice to see that there are still guys out there who enjoy such simple activities in Kuwait

Tottenham Hotspur have become the first Premier League club to ban vuvuzelas. The Premier League said during the World Cup – where the noise made by vuvuzelas was one of the main talking points – that it would be left to individual clubs to decide whether to outlaw them. Spurs said on their website: "Following discussions with the police & representatives from the local licensing authorities, the club will not be permitting vuvuzelas or similar instruments into White Hart Lane on match days”
NOTE: Arsenal & Birmingham have also followed Premier League rivals Tottenham in banning vuvuzelas from their grounds on match days.
Now most of you know FIFA SOCCER by EA Sports, so in case you are a real fan of football & enjoyed the World Cup that recently finished, you’ll probably also like FIFA 2010 which is now available for the Android OS for only $7 (2KD).

I wonder when we will move up to say top 30! is that a dream?

Congratulations to Spain & Tough Luck to
Netherlands
“Spain are world champions for the first time in their history – Sunday 12/07/2010”
