I’m a fan of Armani style big time, they just opened their new store Armani/Kuwait at The Prestige district of the Avenues phase III. They say this is the only Armani store in the world that has all Armani lines. Now I’m waiting for Armani Cafe which will open at same location.

I’m now shopping at Coach at the Grand Avenue, their store is really big, maybe over 2,000 sq. meter of goods for both women and men. I just love how the store was designed, reminds me of the one at Bleecker Street in NYC. I see they have a nice set of accessories, hand bags, leather goods among many other things.

I think they have another branch at 360 Mall but this one is a lot bigger.

I’m looking for strong perfumes for the winter, I was thinking to go for Tom Ford perfumes but I heard the French By Kilian perfumes were just launched in Kuwait at Harvey Nichols so I went there last night to check them out. By Kilian are by Frenchman Hennessy Kilian, who happens to be the grandson of the co-founder of Louis Vuitton.

I liked their Arabian Nights collection where they blended Oud & Amber with Western fragrances to produce an intriguing mixture that tickles senses, the perfume was concentrated so a few drops are enough for long lasting pleasant smell.

Another thing that I liked was the packaging and that they have re-fills with lower cost. I asked how much? they said the prices range between KD50 to KD70 for the 100ml.

It’s finally opening, my secret source told me to come over to 360 Mall because the first Prada boutique in Kuwait is just opening so I went in the evening and I saw the hoarding was removed and they were working on the final touches for the official opening tomorrow morning, they said their will be a V.I.P party tonight for the soft opening.

As I said before their boutique is big on the outside and inside, and there were goods for both men and women (ready-to-wear, leather accessories, shoes, luggage and hats). I asked my source to give me a little sneak peek tour inside but they were very rigid and allowed me to only take couple shots, guess they don’t want to ruin the excitement and surprise.

The boutique is located on the ground floor opposite to Gucci boutique. I also came to know that their second boutique in Kuwait is going to open by end of December at the Prestige District in the Avenues Mall. Benvenuto Prada!

A friend sent me photo for Tory Burch opened at the Grand Avenue. This is their first boutique in Kuwait, it’s an American fashion brand for women and offer elegant women’s clothing, shoes and accessories for supposedly affordable prices when compared to other luxury brands.

My fashionista friend from Dubai told me that World’s largest shoe store has just opened at Dubai Mall, I read the new Level Shoe District is a whooping 96,000 square foot store consisting of 250 brands with 30 boutique shops. Seems like a heaven for shoe lovers, I’m definitely going to check it next time I’m in Dubai.

Speaking of largest, I’m still confused whether Dubai Mall or The Avenues Mall is considered the largest in the Middle East, I mean both malls claim to be the largest but nothing for sure?

Great news for fashionistas, the manager of the first Prada boutique in Kuwait has contacted us to inform us that they will be opening on the 15th of November at 360 Mall, that’s only two weeks from now. The boutique is huge, I bet their collection will be big too.

I wanted to buy new t-shirts and hoodies for the winter so I headed to the Avenues and saw that my favorite clothing store Geddes & Gillmore was just opened, it’s from Holland I remember I bought some stuff from them when I visited Amsterdam. Their clothing style is similar to Abercrombie & Fitch and Hollister and suitable for young individuals who want stylish casual wear for relatively lower price.

They are located at the Avenues Phase I nearby Deer & Dear.

This month is all about fashion, several luxury boutiques have opened; Miu Miu, Gucci, Carolina Herrera, Harrys of London and I just saw at Al Hamra Luxury Center that Yves Saint Laurent boutique has opened at ground floor near Behbehani Luxury boutique. Enjoy Fashnionistas!
