We noticed that Joya Beauty was a very classy and prestigious beauty center, the interior and decorations were amazing, the salon was spacious and their brands were authentic and high quality.

Also their staff were very handy and friendly !  We did several beauty services such as hair Keratin, Pedicure, Manicure, Nail polish, brows shaping, waxing, and Make-up.

They offer many other beauty services such as Moroccan shower, massage and Body Exfoliating, Keratin, Hair loss treatment, skin care, Hair cut and color, Paraffin feet, Shellac, Nail extension, plus many other services.

They had coffee shop, beauty magazines, and wireless Internet connection “Yay”

We enjoyed every moment and we looked and felt very fresh after our beautiful experience with Joya beauty, and we visit them again.

This time its not a flight simulation because the Kuwait Aviation Club in association with Jazirah Aviation Club will organize real flying experiences on the 30th of June, 2011 in Dubai, with a special trainer.

The cost is 250 K.D and that includes round-trip tickets to Dubai, transport, hotel accommodation, three meals, and a tour in Dubai. I never knew we had an aviation club in Kuwait !

We brought you a sneak peak on the famous Six Senses SPA in Hotel Missoni. The SPA will open on the 16th of June, and trust me when I say that this is one of the best SPA’s ever.

I love SPA’s ! Six Senses SPA is located on the 2nd floor, has 13 treatment rooms including two Moroccan Hammams, separate areas for men and ladies, and a bridal room including salon, pedicure and manicure areas.

I also noticed a fitness centre with a mixed and ladies-only gym, yoga studio, experience shower (Shower with perfume selection), infrared sauna, steam rooms and luxurious relaxation areas.

Yes they also have reflexology, as  for the prices, they range between 30-80 K.D depending on the services. Though 50 mins relaxing massage costs 30 K.D

We were invited for the VIVA’s 2nd social media event today at Cinescape 360 where we had the chance to attend the X-MEN: First Class superhero movie premiere at the V.I.P theater.

I was lucky to meet up with many the friend bloggers such as 360Dewan, Q8AllInOne, Q8BlackMarket, HisHersQ8, Q8Blendm BlogLaish among others. Also I noticed Poach too but sadly lost him.

I also met with VIVA’s extra friendly social media team.

VIVA always surprises us, and this time they brought Fauchon and Red Mango to serve us with delicious treats.

Now onto X-MEN, I was thrilled when I knew that we saw it even before its released in the U.S., this part goes back to the beggining of X-Men saga, and shows how everyone started to discover his superhuman abilities.

The action takes place at the time of the cold war between U.S and Russia.

Even though Hugh Jackman had only a cameo role, the movie was one of the best parts of the X-Men series ! The only thing is the cutting-issue, again

I bet X-MEN rocks in 3D IMAX. The movie will hit theaters tomorrow, book your seats as soon the booking is available

I had an enjoyable ride for London Taxi in Kuwait,well the story is that I after i gave my car to Al-Zayani agency to do the major service which takes couple of days, they offered me London Taxi to take me back home and I absolutely loved the idea !

As I stepped inside, my memories took me back to Oxford street, Baker street, Hyde park, Paddington station ! though it was even more comfortable than the Taxi’s at Londn.

I liked the A/C, the glass separating the driver from the passengers, the LCD screen and the speakers. Also, there was a mic so the driver can hear you well.

The door hand safety handle, so the kids cannot open door while driving. It can accommodate up to 5-6 persons, so I find great for family and kids.

RedBull organizes many interesting events through-out the year, and this time they made the “RedBull Breaking 2011″. I’m so impressed with the break-dancing skills that I have seen ! Mashallah.

The qualified top 2 dancers representing Kuwait will compete in the grand finale that will go down in October 2011, in Jordan. A friend of ours brought us a cool video, check it out !

Today we were invited for drinks and ice creams tasting session by “Scoop a Cone”  at their Bairaq shopping mall branch. First, I loved the idea that Scoop a Cone is 100% Kuwaiti and uses natural ingredients.

We were requested taste and give our impressions on a variety of a new ice creams and ice coffee drinks, which they will soon launch, and it was fun !

What I did before the tasting session ? Well, I didn’t have my lunch and cut on my daily calories because I knew there is a lot of sugar involved and I wanted to give my best feedback.

Just looking at their new drinks made me drool, literally ! I can’t wait for the release date and taste them again.

I really wish to give you more details on the new drinks and describe the sinfully-delicious taste in detail, but little patience my friends. Mean while, enjoy the photos and share with us any feedback :)

Myself and a friend of mine wanted to meet at a nice relaxing cafe, so we decided to try Hotel Missoni’s “Choco Cafe” at Salmiyah. The cafe was soft opened couple months ago and will officially open on 25th of this month.

The cafe had nice outdoor sittings, though we preferred the in-door sitting due to the weather condition. The interior looked amazing and colorful, the decorations are similar to the hotel.

The cafe is Italian and the staff were all from Italy too, and they were nice and friendly.

The tables and chairs were comfortable and had fancy colors. I picked the menu and I saw that they had a variety of hot drinks (Coffee, mocha, espresss..etc), cold drinks, club sandwiches, sweets, salads, cakes..etc.

The language was a little barrier, but with the help of the staff I managed to understand. We picked hot mocha,  Giardino aromatizzato (whew that was hard ! Its a fresh pomegranate with cinnamon, lemon,almond), turky sandwich, and croissant.

All were tasty, and the cafe was relaxing. The prices were little high, but we were enjoyed our time, and I recommend you to visit it when you seek for a little change.

We went for a dinner at StoneGrill restaurant at Omniya shopping center in Salmiyah last night. I’ve been wanting to try it for long time, it has nice interior and the window view is amazing too.

The lighting was calming (Though some may not like it) and the tables were comfortable. Though, these are not the reasons why I came to StoneGrill, I came because they give you the chance to grill your own stake yourself, this way you can decide how well is your steak.

For grilling, they use a heated stone (400 degrees Celsius) and they give you a little demonstration, then its all yours ! They also show you the raw steakes (tenderloin, ripeye..etc) so you could choose.

Personally, I prefer 300g of fillet tenderloin. As for the side orders, we picked mashed potatoes, and vegetables, and mushroom soap and Rocca salad for starters.

The stake was tasty, though I wished if they had Australian golden prime meat. As for the prices, they were little high, our check was 30 K.D. (2 persons).

All in all, I enjoyed the grilling experience and the atmosphere, and I’ll go there again.
