Spotted these neon-colored pickups parking at waterfront, they looked kinda cool. Pickups are certainly the trend in Kuwait thesedays, but I was wondering is it allowed to have your car painted with multi-colors in Kuwait? I heard police give tickets to cars with more than single color, and stickers (like GulfRun cars) need permission too?
