I think Lexus is one of the top wanted luxury cars in Kuwait along with Mercedes-Benz, I was at the Avenues Mall this afternoon and saw the new 6th generation of Lexus ES 2013 displayed in the center of mall. There were two models ES 250 and ES 350, first thing I observed that Lexus doesn’t look like Camry anymore, finally.
The front and rear were all LED lights, also inside it was more spacious than previous model. I asked about the engine, they said ES 350’s engine is 3.5-liter V6 and produces 268 horsepower, which is basically the same as previous model.
Some of the luxury features include Navigation System with Hard Drive and voice recognition, camera, 8 inch screen, Bluetooth audio, 15-speakers, Blind Spot Detector, and Lane Departure Alert. I asked the about the price, they said ES 250 starts at KD,12,500 and ES 350 at KD 15,500
I’m planning to test-drive it to get my full impression.

Is this still front wheel drive like the previous one? Or real wheel drive like the new Gs?

Their SUV’s are amazing. Love them. The rest just look like Camry’s. So I’ll pass.
