I received a new cookbook today, I wasn’t interested at first but as I started leafing through the pages I got interested. I usually try to avoid traditional Kuwaiti and Arabic meals when eating with family because they are loaded with calories, but deep inside I wished if I could join them without feeling guilty, well this book helps you prepare healthy Arabic and international dishes that are low in calories while keeping the great taste (according to them).
The book is by Mariam Al Othman, and is in both Arabic and English languages. It provides 46 healthy low calorie recipes for starters and main dishes along with the nutritional values. There are also cooking tips and servings information, paper quality is good too. I asked how much is the book? They said KD5 and is avaialble at all Diet Care boutiques, I will try some of the book’s recipes to see if they taste good and healthy and will update you.



Good and I think new idea the Arabic dishes with low calories. Make sure to include sea food because it is healthy. They said that grilled food is better than fried food. I suggest that the author should make sure that he gets feed back from the people who buy the book.
