When illegal parking puts other people lives at risk then we know for sure the problem isn’t a about getting a traffic ticket anymore, this time an irresponsible fellow did not even mind to park in front of the hospital emergency ambulance parking and block them for several hours, what happened is that they got an emergency case and they were not able to respond so they had to call other hospitals to provide ambulances.

Really they didn’t do anything? if it was anywhere else in the world they would have rammed his fucking car. If i was one of the ambulance driver i’d get it and just drive into it as i go for the emergency call.

Like this morning Fri, 3 am I was driving out of home going to run – Bam check point (Questions asked: Where are you going? (Answer giving: I dont need to tell you (This made the police more annoyed so he decided to check my car back/side/front and to his misfortune he had to let me go (Go lesson is being nice especially here will never work, so learn to not give way, speed up behind ones ass so they move, flash your high beams like someone is dying, break red lights, bother girls, taxis and other faced people, learn to make a STRONG voice and smoke with and keep your dirty feet on the wheel while driving to show you care less

This type of behavior is unacceptaple, if the driver had to stop in this location he should stay in the car. I remeber when I was at Kuwait University in 1990 when someone stops his car behind you blocking your way out he would leave the key in the car they were doing this even with luxirous cars.
