Many thought the dust storm on the 25th of March in Kuwait was the worst nightmare ever, we were all very wrong ! A study made by Kuwait Early Warning Center and nuclear studies had stated that the dust storm had a very bright side after all.
Apparently, the speedy dust particles helped in reducing the concentrations of the nuclear radioactive fallout caused by the recent Japan’s Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant explosion.
The radioactive fallout was measured on the 14th of March and it was above the normal, but when was measured again on 6th of April, the concentration was reduced and they concluded that the Dust Storm was the HERO !
