A friend sent me this, apparently the reowned Kuwaiti nutritionist Dr. Abdullah Al Mutawa has conducted a survey for over 300 Kuwaiti women aged 14-28, the results were that 34% of participators said that they eat fast meals more than 4 times a week and according to him that’s the world’s highest, nevertheless I’d like to see an International study for validation but I couldn’t find one yet. I recall another study before stating that over 80% of Kuwaiti girls are over-weight.
He also added the the main causes of obesity in Kuwait are over-eating, lack of physical activity and sports, watching TV for prolonged duration, weight loss pills, thyroid gland problems, and genetics.

with all due respect to dr. al-mutawa.. but a sample of 300 women, with a range of 14-28 should not be considered an accurate representation.
that being said, numbers aside, kuwaiti as a whole should be embarrassed by themselves. Rarely do you find a kuwaiti who can go a whole day without buying food/drinks from restaurant/coffee shops.

The problem is not just because they love fast food but also for gaz and they think that its for cool ppl only w el met7a’6reen wayed lol
Im a healthy person i havent eaten a fast food meal in more than 5 months, I got so used to it that everytime I see anything fried or full of fat i get sick and i wish my cousins andnmy friends could be like me
