I’ve noticed this unsafe demolition technique in several locations in Kuwait where a very heavy crane is lifted and placed on the top of tall building and starts knocking down the building, what if the crane hits the wrong beam support or column? What if the roof cannot bear the load of the crane?
I think Municipality should not allow such technique.

Good that you are intrested about safety and you support your ideas with photos. I have never seen such way of demolition a building any where before. One time I saw a photo of a similar machine that is hanging by a crane to demolish a tower which was also shown to demonstrate a very unsafe methode of demolishing a building.I think just like there are rules and codes for building structures there are also rules (also safety rules) for demolishing buildings.
