I always heard that petting wild animal such as tiger, cheetah, lion, jaguar is illegal but I didn’t exactly know why so I did my homework to find out. Actually I found that petting wild animals is illegal in most countries around the world (that includes buying or selling them), even having those little cute cubs is illegal because these wild animals were born to live in the wild not houses and as they grow up and get big in size they can get pretty dangerous, even their playing includes biting and scratching not to mention what they might do when they are starving.

I came across this video for man petting a cheetah in Kuwait and treating it like a dog, but we can clearly see how the cheetah looked uncomfortable.

some people think it’s courage to raise such animals in homes and they feel proud cause they think they r especial.. while they don’t understand that these animals were porn to kill by nature!

Oh lord! this really shows how such animals can be dangerous to people even if they were tamed. I recall many stories about lions attacking their tamers, even in the circus and zoos. Learn people!

He isn’t the only one. Ive seen many pictures of kuwaitis with pet cheetahs. Some people have a pet lion too.
I think a cat is much better: cheaper to maintain, wont accidentally harm you, wont have to ship away when gets bigger, and are transportable.

He should thank god 1000 times that the cheetah did nothing to him except starring and making noises. I heard about an old man who used to pet wild animals, after a few years his lion ate him, and now, his son is doing the same thing!!!

Didn’t he learn a lesson from what happened to his father? Sometimes people run off their minds…

I see guys carrying wild animals in their cars and boats!

Watching this video made me have an epic facepalm. Why do people in our country do such stupid things? Granted, other countries may have “some” of the same minded people(not all of course) we have but it seems only the Kuwaities who try to make such minds public?

I can’t help but just facepalm, maybe when lucky bites his arm off in the near future, he won’t get so lucky and will actually do a smart thing by making a visa and taking it to Afrika or something.

Random guy sees cheetah:”Awwww. Moom kin ajeesahh?”
    Seller:”7ayak.”
    Guy pets cheetah.
Cheetah goes wild and rips random guy hands off.
    Random guy: “Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!”
    Seller:” Aaaaaaaarrrrrggggghh!!!!!”
Seller: “La t khaaf!! Musta-shfa Mubarak ra7 ya 7ay6oon edik!!”

    *facepalm*

This fad is extremely upsetting, and not to mention ignorant. People fail to realize that cheetahs, tigers, lions are all WILD and in many cases, endangered, animals! They do not belong in captivity, they do not belong leached or indoors they belong free in the wild where God intended them to be. This fad is an example of human ignorance and narcissism. Oh and one more thing for people owning or considering owning such animals, next time you get scratched by a cat just imagine adding a couple more 100 kg’s to that and imaging the force you are up against.
