I never saw a vulture in Kuwait before but a friend sent me video for vulture that was spotted at South of Surra the other day, vultures are usually seen in Europe, Africa and some parts of Asia. I think it escaped the zoo or possibly someone brought it to Kuwait? Glad it didn’t munch on little pets or kids.

It’s harmless and hopefully nobody will hurt it. We have a house on the water in Florida and they visit our pier and poop all over it. It’s nasty! LOL! They eat dead animals only I think. I have little doggies that were safe: Maltese and a Chahuauha.

Near where I live, there is a substantial Zorastrian presence- vultures are meant to scavenge the Parsi dead. Are we sure there is no Tower of Silence that exists in Kuwait. someone might be trying to breed vultures in captivity and prevent them from going extinct. What you saw is the one that prolly got away.
